Todd F. Hertzberg is the founder of the Hertzberg law firm of Arkansas, P.A. Mr. Hertzberg was initially admitted to the Florida Bar in 1983 and later admitted to the Arkansas Bar.

Mr. Hertzberg is a graduate of Wheaton College (IL) with a B.A. degree in Economics. Mr. Hertzberg received his law degree (Juris Doctor) with high honors from Kent College of Law in Chicago. Mr. Hertzberg finished his 9 years of post high school formal education receiving a Master Degree in Tax Law (L.L.M.) from the University of Florida, widely recognized as one of the top three tax law programs in the nation. Mr. Hertzberg is the only bankruptcy attorney in the area with this advanced level of educational training related to taxes and bankruptcy.

Among the many legal experiences obtained by Mr. Hertzberg in the past 25 years, Mr. Hertzberg assumed the role of General Counsel for Nokia, Inc. for North and South America.

Mr. Hertzberg founded the Hertzberg Law Firm of Arkansas, P.A. because he saw a need in this area for a law firm dedicated exclusively to a bankruptcy practice. Following the best practices of exclusive bankruptcy firms from around the nation, he believed that a firm that only took bankruptcy cases could offer unparalleled service at a lower cost to the bankruptcy client. Firms practicing in several areas of law add complexity to the management of the practice and hence add to the overhead cost which gets passed on to the client. As an example, the Hertzberg Law Firm of Arkansas, P.A.’s offices are strategically located within walking distance of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Fayetteville eliminating wasted drive time commuting to and from the courthouse.

Understanding that sometimes the most important thing a professional can offer you is availability, each new client is given mr. Hertzberg’s personal cell phone number so that you can get answers when you need them, not when it is convenient for the lawyer.

Mr. Hertzberg is a member of the Washington County Bar Association and the National Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys, the largest group of bankruptcy attorneys in America. Mr. Hertzberg is also the exclusive bankruptcy attorney in Northwest Arkansas for bankruptcy lawfirms.com and totalbankruptcy.com.

From offices on the Fayetteville Square in Fayetteville Arkansas, the Hertzberg Law Firm of Arkansas, P.A. can serve clients in Fayetteville Arkansas, Springdale Arkansas, Rogers Arkansas, Bentonville, Arkansas as well as bankruptcy clients from the suburban areas of Farmington, Bella Vista, Centerton, Lowell, Tontitown, West Fork, Greenland, Prairie Grove and Elkins.
